For Chef Adnan, Lebanese cuisine is more than a profession. It is an inheritance.
Raised in a family where food was woven into everyday life, his earliest memories are not of restaurant kitchens, but of working alongside his grandmother, Haniya - gathering orange blossoms, pressing olives by hand, learning the rituals that have shaped Levantine cooking for generations.
At ZAYA, that philosophy comes to life. Familiar flavours are revisited with care, precision and creativity, allowing guests to experience Lebanese cuisine in a way that feels both deeply rooted and refreshingly modern.

Visiting London from the U.S. and stumbled upon this restaurant near our Airbnb. Great atmosphere and when weather is good the outside seating is great! The staff was so nice and helpful teaching us about Lebanese food and making recommendations. Had dinner and breakfast here and loved both. Quality and pricing were adequate as well. It’s a newer establishment and I find soft opening are usually chaotic but did not experience that here. Definitely recommend this spot as a go to if in the area.
